However, every thought we have will stay in our head until we get it out so its important to apply action to our thoughts and do what we feel we need to do in order to know if it was what we were looking for or not. How its important to have a foundation in life. Some place you can call home. Even if you are never home and travelling all the time. It’s important to have a base that you can come back to with familiar surroundings. How growing flowers from seeds and vegetables gives you a purpose. It teaches you patience. It helps you develop a connection with the environment. It allows you to see that the best things in life are indeed free. |

How people leave school and jump straight into the system by going to uni and getting into debt without having 5 minutes to themselves and working out who they are, what is life and what they want out of it. How when people think of death they think of all the things they know they should be doing right now and that feeling of procrastination gives them anxiety. It’s not death people fear, it’s the feeling of regret from all the things we know we should be doing now. |

How as a minimalistic person you tend to not think about money as its the total opposite of living a natural life but money is what everyone trades with and if you are going to have something, have it all, to the best of your ability. How people who have a stutter, tourettes, adhd or a mental issue often find that when people are looking at them or focusing on the issue and not them as a person that it in balances their energy levels and makes the problem worse. The solution is to have control over yourself and the other persons mind by not allowing their judgement to affect you. |
